Reiki is Universal Life Force Energy, the pure natural energy that is the vital force in the living universe. The source of the energy is the universe itself. Reiki is full spectrum energy. It contains an infinite array of energy frequencies.

The practice of Reiki is a simple method that allows the practitioner to immediately access the healing energy and apply it to oneself or others, by hands-on healing or by sending the healing energy to someone at a distance. The energy can be effectively and instantaneously sent across the room or across the world to an individual or to a whole group at once.

Applying the healing energy can alleviate stress, release energy blockages, balance your energy system, and speed the course of your natural healing process. We have seen it release negative emotional energy and even remove pain. A Reiki session can leave one feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Reiki energy works in the entire energy field, in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. The energy has its own intelligence; it automatically goes to where it is needed to for healing and profound spiritual transformation. Spiritual healing is truly the deepest healing for any stress or ailment.

Reiki healing goes to the root cause, no matter in what lifetime of the spirit in which it originated. This means that past life trauma can be healed in the present time, if that is the root of the current imbalance.

A frequent practice of Reiki can raising the vibrational rate of your entire energy field, which can also raises your level of consciousness.

Earth Day Healing

Welcome to the Earth Day Healing!
As you read this message, you will be sending healing energy around the earth!

Step outside! A brilliant White Light with golden sparkles flows from the sky and surrounds you. The continuos stream of beautiful Light purifies and enlightens you as it flows through your body and into the earth. This Light heals you, our Earth and everyone else around you. It connects the Light within each of us, nourishing all of life on earth.

The White Light illuminates the earth.  It flows around the earth, touching the heart of every being and enlightening all of Life.

The full spectrum of Light pours from the sky in rainbows. The colors shimmer through the atmosphere, filling everyone with Peace and Harmony. You and Earth are radiant with Life and Happiness!

Here are a few of the things that I do for Earth Day in my everyday life:

  • dry the laundry outside instead of using a dryer.
  • use only water, vinegar, and baking soda for household cleaning, instead of buying toxic chemical cleaners.
  • enjoy a vegan diet which I eat raw most of the time.
  • use organic produce.
  • use recycling bins.

Angel Healing Techniques

Let the Angels Help with Healing Your Energy Field!
Here is information about simple angel healing techniques that you can do for yourself and others anytime! These are techniques that I learned to use as a certified ANGEL THERAPY PRACTITIONER®.

1. Clear your chakras:
Ask Archangel Raphael to cleanse and balance your chakras.

If you want to use a visualization – you will see a brilliant white light beaming into each of your major chakras from the base of your spine (root chakra) to the top of your head (crown chakra).

Root Chakra – Red.
Sacral Chakra – Orange.
Solar Plexus Chakra – Yellow.
Heart Chakra – Green.
Throat Chakra – Sky blue.
Third Eye Chakra – Indigo blue.
Crown Chakra – Violet and/or White.

Here is another chakra clearing method:
Ask Archangel Metatron to clear your chakras and energy field with the Metatron Cube.

If you want to use a visualization – you will see a multi-dimensional geometric grid of light that rotates from the top to bottom of your energy field.

2. Vacuum your energy field:
Ask Archangel Michael to vacuum your energy field inside and out.

If you want to use a visualization – you will see a vacuum tube enter through your crown chakra and proceed from top to bottom, vacuuming way any darkness. Then the energy field that surrounds you (your aura) will also be vacuumed and become pure and light.

3. Cutting cords:
Ask Archangel Michael to cut the cords from you.
Then ask Archangel Raphael to send healing light through the detached cords.

If you want to use a visualization – you will see a brilliant sword of blue violet light cut through the cords that are attached to your body in various places. Then you will see emerald green healing light flow through the detached cords and dissolve them with love.

The cords are lines of energy attachments created when people try to hold on to someone because of fear, guilt or any other negative emotion. These attachments have a negative effect can drain your energy and hold you back from shining your light, being your true whole self. When the cords are cut, you will feel lighter and freer to follow your path and be yourself. Only negative energy cords are cut! The cords of attachment created by Love always remain. Cutting away the negative energy allows you and the Love within you to shine brighter!
