Bach Flower Essence® Dosage Recommendation
The minimum dosage of the personal mixture is 4 drops, 4 times a day, taking a dose in the morning and a dose at night. You make take a dose as many times as you wish throughout the day. Take a dose when ever you feel you need support, you cannot overdose.

How to Take Bach Flower Essences®
Bach Flower Essences® are taken as drops that may be used straight from the stock bottle or from your personal mixing bottle. It is the frequency that the drops are taken that has effect, not the amount of drops that you take at one time. The drops may be taken directly in the mouth, taking care not to touch the dropper to your mouth. The drops may also be put into a glass of water or any liquid, such as juice or broth, and then sipped.

When using Bach Flower Essences® directly from the stock bottle, the dose is 2 drops. The dose for Resuce Remedy® is 4 drops, since it is a mixture of 5 Bach Flower Essences®. The drops can be taken directly in the mouth or mixed in liquid, which may be sipped at intervals, taken whenever you feel that you need it.

Bach Flower Essences® may also be applied topically by applying the drops to the pulse points, for example, rubbing 2 drops into each wrist. This is a good method for those who want to avoid ingesting any trace of alcohol. You may also mix drops into a lotion or with hot water to use with a small towel to make a compress for the skin.

You can also put 6-10 drops into bath water.

Bach Flower Essences may be mixed with water and put into a sprayer or mister to spray your environment. Rescue Remedy® is great to spray in the car before carpool with the kids.

How to Use Bach Flower Essences® for Temporary Moods
Put 2 drops of the chosen Bach Flower Essence® from the stock bottle in liquid to sip at intervals. You may use any type of liquid, such as water, tea, coffee, juice or broth. The effectiveness of the Essences cannot be anitdoted or diminished. Every sip gives you another dose of positive vibration.

The Healing Process
Your personal mixture can be taken whenever you feel that you need it. You cannot overuse or overdose on Bach Flower Essences®. In the beginning, you may reach for your drops several times a day, even as frequently as every 2 minutes if you are in an extreme state. Over a period of time, you will notice that you don’t need to use them that often and you may come to a point where you forget to take them. This is a sign that the drops have done their work!
