11.11.11 Illumination Preparation – Day 9

This is the ninth day of our 11.11.11 Illumination preparation.

Lightwork Exercise – Chakra Alignment

Now that we have focused individually on each of the 7 major chakras along the spine, let’s align the chakras.First, we’ll breath the appropriate color into each of the chakras, one at a time. Here are the chakra colors that we will be using, from the crown of your head to the root of your spine:

Crown – violet
Third Eye – indigo
Throat – sky blue
Heart – green
Solar plexus – yellow
Sacral – orange
Root – red

Begin by inhaling red light and send it down to the root chakra at the base of your spine.
On the next inhale, breathe in orange light and send it down to the sacral chakra below your navel.
Inhale yellow light and send it down to the solar plexus chakra around your abdomen.
Inhale green light and send it to the heart chakra in the center of your chest.
Inhale sky blue light and send it to the throat chakra around your throat.
Inhale indigo light and send it to the third eye chakra between your eyebrows.
Finally, inhale violet light and send it to the crown chakra at the top of your head.

Now that the chakras are aligned along the center of your body, from the base of your spine to the top of your head, imagine the 7 chakras as orbs of spinning wheels of light, each glowing in its specific color. Imagine each of the glowing orbs are the same size, with a circumference that is the size of your body, shining like radiant stars. With each breath that you take, all of the orbs grow clearer, brighter, and increase in size. As you breathe, the size of the orbs expand beyond your body and radiate brilliant light into the world.

Now we will extend the White Light Visualization from Day 1, and use the white light to align with the source of universal energy and the center of the earth.
Image a sparkling river of pure white light streaming down from the sky above, from the central source of universal energy, through the top of your head, through your body, down through the soles of your feet, and deep into the core of the earth. As this stream of brilliant white light flows through you, it connects you with a continuous source of energy and unifies the energy of heaven and earth. The light continuously illuminates every cell in your body, amplifying your spiritual light higher and brighter.

Crystal World
Crystals have metaphysical properties that are potent healing tools to use when doing energy work. Each type of crystal has it’s own vibration that effects your energy body in a specific way. A crystal that is useful for aligning your chakras is kyanite. Crystal healing involves using the energy of crystals to cleanse and nourish your own subtle energy system. Basically, the color of the crystal is used with the chakra of the same color. Thus, purple amethyst enhances the spiritual energy of the violet crown chakra.

Crystals are earthly elements of nature which also connect to the world of spiritual vibration. If you are attracted to a particular crystal, it is probably an energy that will be nourishing and healing for you.
